Registration Process
Notification of Acceptance
Ordinarily, the committee reaches its decision within two weeks after full-paper submission and we issue an acceptance letter to the delegates to register for the conference. The acceptance letter is valid to register for the conference.
Payment
Please note that we have different registration categories, please check and register appropriately.

Applications will not be processed without receipt of full payment.
Payment by Telegraphic Transfer: Bank transfer and receiving charges are to be paid by the sender (Author) and therefore must not be deducted from the registration fee. If the correct amount is not received, you will be asked to pay the balance. Please advise your university or bank to write your Paper ID (Mentioned in Acceptance Letter) as reference during the transfer of registration fee. Email icaaic.contact@gmail.com for further wired transfer details to transfer registration fee.
Note: For USD payments, PayPal online payment charges and/or transaction charges will be paid by the delegate.
Registration
Author, Co-author and Author (Student) Registration: Once your paper is accepted by the conference committee, you must pay the registration fee before registration deadline. To register for the conference, please send us the final paper, copyright form and payment acknowledgement screenshot to icaaic.contact@gmail.com. Confirmation of your registration will be sent by email within 2 working days of receipt.
Conference
Participants will be notified with useful information on conference agenda and presentation schedule at least 15 days in advance of the conference. At the conference, all papers must be presented in English.
Ways of Presentation
Presentation Duration: You are required to give an oral presentation of 15 minutes (maximum) plus 5 minutes for discussion where other participants may ask you questions regarding your presentation and research. Please note that your presentation must be in English language.
Oral Presentation: For your oral presentation, PowerPoint presentation is highly preferred. For PowerPoint presentation, we request you to kindly bring it on your own USB/memory stick. You can also email us your presentation copies for backup. However, please note that each delegate should have a good internet access during the conference.
Cancellation Policy: After registration, no refunds or cancellations are granted.

How do I register to attend the conference?
Registration to attend a conference can be made by submitting final paper, copyright and payment fee transfer receipt to the conference Email icaaic.contact@gmail.com
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fee includes participation in the conference, publication of the contribution, conference attendance e-certificate for all the authors, conference badge and other accessories.
Does the registration fee include accommodation?
No, the registration does not include accommodation. It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange his/her own accommodation. However, you can contact the conference convenor @ +91-7339177458 for possible accommodation options.
Does my co-author need to register for the conference separately?
If the co-author of your paper is also attending and/or presenting in the conference, a separate registration is NOT required.
Can you provide certificates for all the Co-Authors?
Yes. We do provide for all authors. Al the certificates will be handed over to communicating/corresponding author (hardcopy/softcopy).
