Submission Guidelines

1. A full paper, clearly stating the abstract, introduction, proposed model/methods, results/discussion, conclusion/recommendations, should be submitted to Conference Email icaaic.contact@gmail.com.
2. The preferred length of full paper (including footnotes) is 3,500 words (maximum limit). In general, please confine your paper between 6-8 pages, everything included. It must include an Abstract (no more than 150 words) and 3-5 Keywords.
3. Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, #10 point Times New Roman font.
4. Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75″ (19mm). The top margin must be 0.75″ (19 mm), except for the title page where it must be 1″ (25 mm).
5. Do not insert page numbers, header and footer. We will insert it in the later stage. Note: Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.
6. All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with significant overlap with the authors own papers or other papers will be rejected without review.
7. All accepted papers will be peer reviewed and the decision of acceptance. Revision/rejection will be sent to author within 2-3 weeks from the submission of your article.
8. Acceptance DOES NOT guarantee publication. If authors of the accepted papers register and present their work in ICAISS 2024 conference event, then the article will be copy-edited and forwarded to publisher. These steps are necessary to ensure the high quality of the conference proceedings.
9. Multiple submissions are NOT allowed from the same author.
10. It is author’s responsibility to ensure that all references and citations are correct, and that the contribution does not contain any material that infringes copyright, or is defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful.
11. Copyright transfer can be done after acceptance of your article, Copyright in the article will remain jointly with the owner of the copyright and the Publisher. By submitting an article to the conference, the owner of the copyright grants the publisher with a license to publish the article. The author warrants that he is the owner of all rights of copyright in the article.
12. Citation of sources should appear in both the body of your text (an in-text citation) and at the end of your work (a reference list). ICAISS follows “Chicago” reference style.

To help ensure correct formatting, please use the style files, which can be downloaded from the link below as templates for your submission. These include LaTeX and Word templates.

Violations of any of the above paper specifications may result in rejection of your paper. Please note that the LaTeX template does not allow for keywords. If you are using the Latex template, do not include keywords in your paper.
